The Skinny Kitchen’s philosophy is to produce and serve healthy food that tastes bangin’. As the sous chef, you will be there to support the head chef and lead your team, representing the brand to ensure that all our core values are delivered from your kitchen.

You will be there to make an impact, to do whatever it takes, to get the job done and be a leader and mentor to your team and to run the kitchen in the head chefs’ absence.

If this all sounds like a breeze so far and you are a whizz with Excel, know your way around a kitchen, have a passion for creating and serving fresh healthy food and figures, targets and numbers are second nature to you and you are the ultimate wingman then this could be the step on the ladder you have been waiting for.

£28,00-£30,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

What we want from you –
You’ll already have sous chef experience in a large, fast-paced kitchen.
You’re an inspirational leader who ensures your team delivers exceptional food quality through each & every dish served.
You’ll train, support + develop your team to help them be the best they can be.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the head chef with controlling wage percentages, GP’s and stock levels and proactively dealing with these to maximise profitability.
You’ll make sure all food safety and health + safety standards are consistently met.
