TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms
  • For bookings of 2-8 people, card details are required to make a booking, no payment will be taken.
    To cancel or reduce your party size we require 48 hours notice, for bookings cancelled in less time or failure to attend a charge of £20pp applies. 

  • For bookings of 9-11 people, a deposit of £20pp is required at the point of sale.
    We request 48 hours’ notice for every cancellation or reduction in numbers. For bookings cancelled in less time or failure to attend no refund will apply.

  • For bookings of 12+ full payment will be required at the time of the booking.
    We request 48 hours’ notice for every cancellation or reduction in numbers. For bookings cancelled in less time or failure to attend no refund will apply.

  • Please note that in the case of a refund there will be a 5% admin charge.

  • Events, menus and prices are subject to change

  • Reservations for our Fabulous Brunch & Supper Club have a strict 2 hour return time, starting from the time of your reservation.

  • We have a 15 minute grace period, please. Please contact us if you are running later than 15 minute for your reservation. If you are late, you will lose the time on your reservation, your booking cannot be extended and you must depart the venue at your original return time.

  • All drinks will be limited to one person at any one time and will end 90 mins into the reservation time, giving you a further 30 mins to enjoy the rest of your drinks and settle the bill.

  • All guests must be over the age of 21 years old on Saturdays. You may be asked to produce identification as part of the “challenge 25” scheme. Suitable forms of ID are either passport or driving licence. We reserve the right to request proof of age if deemed necessary. Entry to the restaurant is entirely at the Management's discretion

  • Dress Code. Our events wouldn't be the same without you, so please strictly follow our dress code to be ready to join us at all our events: Friday evenings, Saturday Brunches and Saturday Supper Club. 

  • Our vibe is to ‘Dress to impress!’ Think classy, smart & glamorous or a mix of all three, so we ask that you dress this way too. 

  • We do not allow any of the following: beachwear, sportswear, loungewear, shorts, flip-flops, tracksuits, sports trainers or hats. 

  • We work hard behind the scenes to provide you with the best talent & immersive entertainment, therefore fancy dress is not permitted at any time, including hen party accessories. Birthday decorations are not permitted including balloons, please do not bring any of these items as you will not be able to enter the restaurant and events with them

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not follow our t&c's above and/or are suspected of being intoxicated upon arrival. In these cases, the cancellation charges will apply. 

  •  Should you test positive for Covid-19 or need to self isolate the same cancellation policy applies
